Mary, the way of peace between cultures

The Pontifical International Marian Academy, in collaboration with Federformazione, establishes the “International Marian Prize: Mary, the way of peace between cultures”, an initiative of cultural, artistic and spiritual importance that aims to annually celebrate the figure of ‘Mary of Nazareth’ as an inexhaustible source of artistic and cultural inspiration. The prize aims to promote a synergic dialogue between Christian faith and culture, stimulating interdisciplinary and intercultural integration, with the aim of contributing to the construction of a supportive society, spiritually aware of its roots and collaboratively open to communication, exchange and giving with other faiths and cultures. The initiative aims to highlight the original artistic contributions drawn from spiritual reflection on the multifaceted figure of the Mother of Jesus, motivating her presence in the daily life of the Christian experience and in the life of the Church, and highlighting her relevance in the global human and spiritual context.
